The New Mexico CAC is hosting a Dining Out and Formal Ball open to all New Mexico Wing CAP members. The event will be held Saturday, February 24th, 2007 at the Kirtland Officer's Club on Kirtland Air Force Base, Albuquerque, NM. A no-host bar will begin at 6:00pm, and the Dining Out will begin at 7:00pm, with the Ball immediately following. The event will end no later than 11pm. You may leave earlier if you choose.

Because this event is on Kirtland Air Force Base (and also because of the large financial obligation this event requires) it is imperative that we have your full name and payment before we can provide tickets for your participation. Your name (and the name of your guests) will be issued to the Kirtland Security Forces, enabling you to get on base, if you do not have other means.

The cost for this event is $23 per person. Please note that we have made this event as cost effective as possible, and there will be no profits made from this event. The menu will consist of a 2oz portion of beef, a 2oz portion of chicken, wild rice, mixed vegetables, rolls, cake,and of course, grog (if you have any special dietary needs, please contact me). A small, additional amount, will go towards providing the music selection for the ball.

Please note that this is a Dining Out event, which means that you may bring as many outside guests as you choose whether they be family, friends, or date/companion. It is also important to note that this is a formal affair, and dress blues will be a requirement for men, and an option for women, if they do not wish to wear a formal dress or other approved attire.

Once more, this event is open to all members of the New Mexico Wing: Senior Members, Cadets, etc. We hope to provide an enjoyable environment for all, and hope to have an outstanding turnout!
